Basically the combinations could be limitless. The 3 emulations all sound different, and the individual channels also sound different from each other. Just don't abuse the drive features and it will give you a nice, round, even sound.
People don't seem to care for it because they think it's too extreme. However, both Satson and Waves are great sounding tools to have if you do everything ITB. People's music, eq's and systems differ, etc. Is the non-free version simply the worst demo version imaginable? That stuff is awesome and my analog ears will never be satisfied without it. Not the best in terms of resource consumption, it's very heavy.but you get what you "pay" for, it takes cycles to perform emulations that sound that good. ĭid you try the UAD Studer A800?
